The problem
The program runs across three years, five sessions per year, and more than 1,000 employees with different schedules. Paper attendance made missing sessions, remedials, and completion difficult to verify.
The work was not only recording a check-in. It was maintaining a trustworthy history for every participant while reducing the administrative effort required to reconcile it.

What changed
QR-based attendance replaced fragile sign-in sheets with clear, timestamped records.
Employees and administrators could see completed, missed, and remedial sessions in one place.
Live status reduced the manual effort required to understand who needed follow-up.
Programs work better when records, roles, and next steps live together. Monovyn brings that thinking to coaching organizations.
